Equipment Description:
The square energy storage module PACK production line is used for the assembly, welding, and testing of square shell battery modules. It mainly includes functions such as OCV testing of battery cells, battery cell stacking, polarity detection and pre weld addressing, busbar installation, busbar laser welding, busbar post weld detection, collection harness installation, collection harness welding, collection harness welding detection, module box entry, module fixing/dispensing, installation of fan BMU, module EOL testing, top cover inspection, assembly offline, etc. All standalone devices and distributed systems interact with MES through a scheduling system to achieve integration of upstream and downstream systems, match production capacity, and meet production line requirements.
