Suitable for pv production line in solar panel factories

CTC-30-BC Laser Scriber is an automated production equipment designed for cutting crystalline silicon solar cell wafers. Integrated with advanced automation technologies such as motion control cards, sensors, servos, and laser systems, this machine achieves fully automated processing from wafer loading, scribing, to unloading. With a designed capacity of 156-230mm cell wafers and a minimum output of ≥3000pcs/h for bipolar cutting, it ensures high efficiency in production.

Utilizing micro-damage cutting technology, it minimizes surface damage to cell wafers and reduces dust generation during processing, occupying minimal floor space while maintaining high processing efficiency.
